- This is a delicious sweet beef casserole.
- I got it from a radio talk-back show a few years ago; it was a listener's
- old favourite.

- .IG "1 cup" "tomato sauce" "250 ml"

- Roll the beef cubes in the flour, and place them in an ungreased casserole
- dish.
